We aim to ship all available stock within 24 hours of sending you
an order acknowledgement. You will be informed if we are unable to complete
your order for any reason.

On receipt, we will supply you with a return reference number.
Please ensure to enclose a copy of the returns form and reference number with
any goods returned. We are unable to process any returns without this reference number.
If returning goods by post please ensure to use a tracked/signed
for delivery method, we are unable to credit any goods that may have been lost
in the post. All returns should be returned to the below address:

Garments must be returned in their original condition folded with
all labels, tags and bags intact. Authorised returns, which are the result of
customer error will be subject to a 10% admin and restocking fee. Any returns,
which arrive back without bags/labels/ tags, will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a 20% admin and
restocking fee. Embellished returns will not be accepted. Bespoke sublimated garments which have been approved are also non refundable
